Legacy's Warranty is a Step Above All Others

Legacy Homes is a member of the New Home Warranty Program of Saskatchewan (NHWPS). This warranty program provides a third-party guarantee of a Builder Member’s warranty obligations, as described by the NHWPS, and undertakes to backstop those obligations should the Builder Member be unable to do so.
As outlined by the NHWPS they provide a ten year structural warranty, a two year water penetration warranty and a one year general maintenance warranty. At Legacy Homes our warranty goes above and beyond. In addition to the ten year structural warranty, Legacy extends the water penetration and general maintenance warranty to five years. Also any equipment that may have a limited manufacturer's warranty is extended to five years. Just ask around and our reputation within the construction industry will speak for itself.
