From the planning stages to construction and then to turnover, the entire process went smoothly, was completed on schedule and turned out perfectly. We began working with Legacy in 2019 after we bought a tear down house. Grant was our main point of contact from the outset, although we dealt with Clark, Lee and Ford from time to time.

Working with Grant was a real pleasure. He worked closely with us in the design of the house and throughout its construction. We met regularly (the doorbell would ring at 8:30am) over a period of about a year. Any questions or worries were always, and we mean always, dealt with immediately. And that has continued. We moved into the new house in June 2020 and the few things that continued after that have been dealt with immediately.

Legacy's contractors provide the highest quality workmanship. Because we lived next door to where the house was being built, we saw close up the work being done. We also got to know several of the contractors and witnessed firsthand the care and professionalism they brought to their work. The ultimate result is a high-quality property in every respect.

We highly recommend Legacy (Grant and his family). I believe it would be difficult to find a builder who is as "hands on" and as professional as Legacy. Grant and his family are honorable people who bring the utmost integrity to their work, which was very reassuring for us. We are happy with and proud of the house they built for us.

We had Legacy Homes Ltd. do some major renovations ($$$$) to the exterior of our home as well as add an additional 2 car garage in 2013. The coordination of trades, quality of workmanship, communications, etc. were superb in all respects. The project was completed on time and on budget.

More recently, on June 1, 2020, we had a considerable amount of damage to the roof of our home when we experienced 95-100 KM winds. I called Grant at Legacy homes early that morning and he was here within minutes. He made arrangements with sub-trades, the insurance company, etc. and completed all remedial repairs by June 4, 2020.
